Molecular Docking Studies, Synthesis of Novel Isoxazole Derivatives from 3-Methoxy Substituted Chalcone and Evaluation of their Anti-Inflammatory Activity

چکیده

Synthesis of 3-methoxy acetophenone with substituted benzaldehydes resulted in a number novel chalcones. The chalcones were then treated to cyclization reaction hydroxylamine hydrochloride ethanol enable the synthesis isoxazole derivatives. After purification, structures synthesized compounds identified using TLC, FTIR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and Mass spectroscopy. carrageenan-induced paw edema method was used test for anti-inflammatory activity. Based on findings, three appeared be moderate extremely active.
